Refund Policy

Returns and exchange policy

JW Cosmetics aims to offer the up most quality products and focus on customer satisfaction. We continuously work with brands to ensure the customer is happy with the product they picked for their beauty needs. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition as JW Cosmetics ensures a fair and confident return policy in order to avoid any fraudulent returns.

  • All products can be returned or exchanged for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if unopened
  • All products being returned must be in it's original packaging with original receipt
  • If product is open and the customer is not satisfied, they can get a refund based on the brand
  • Product exchanges must be made with an item of equal or higher value.
  • If you intend to return a gift, a JW Cosmetics store credit via gift card will be issued in order to make another purchase. The product/gift must be returned unopened or unused.
  • Items without an original receipt can be return if the customer has created a customer profile with JW Cosmetics and we can pull up original information via our system
  • Once product is return or exchanged, customer loyalty points will be adjusted accordingly

 

Online Orders

  • Exchanges will not be processed for online orders. If needed, please visit our store front in order to make an exchange (see above for more details on in-person refunds & exchanges)
  • Please email us at customerservice@jwcosmetics.ca with your order number
  • All products can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of confirmed delivery if unopened
  • All products must be in their original packaging
  • Customers will be responsible for incurred shipping costs of returning your package. Only tracked shipping methods will be accepted and costs will be deducted from your overall refunded amount
  • If you intend to return a gift, a JW Cosmetics store credit via gift card will be issued in order to make another purchase. The product/gift must be returned unopened or unused.
  • Once product is return or exchanged, customer loyalty points will be adjusted accordingly
